November’s Book of the Month: Impulsive Emotion: Love Come Down by Aubreé Pynn

Below is Episode 22 and it’s full of spoilers. If you haven’t read Impulsive Emotions, skip down to our reviews.

Everything seemed to fall apart for Kendra all at once. With her parents traveling around the world, her break up from her long-time boyfriend along with her failing business, escaping from reality seemed impossible… until her best friend offered to take her home for Thanksgiving. Hesitant at first, Kendra eventually realizes that getting away from Virginia was something she desperately needed… until she locks eyes with a handsome beast that makes her world stop spinning and her honey instantly drip.

DeAndre Yates is a southern gentleman with the beastly power to bend Kendra into submission. He knew from the moment he laid eyes on her that she was going to be his. Whether for one night or an eternity. Only having access to her for seven days, he makes sure to leave an imprint on her that’s hard to be forgotten.

So what will happen when impulse mixed with rare emotions causes the lines of lust and love to become blurry?

Will Kendra and DeAndre be more than spine-tingling pleasure? Or will impulsive emotions morph into intentional love?

Telicia’s Review

DeAndre is bae! I love a confident man that has reasons to be arrogant. I also love laughing & dude is hilarious. He had me cracking up the entire time.

Finally I love being chased, and dude did not give up when Kendra was making it hard for him ignoring him. Oh & another thing I love 🤣 was how open he was. Dude is bae & then on top of all that he’s a rich football player with an amazing family.

S/O to his cool nasty parents & loud got- to-know-everything heart-of-gold sister.

I guess Kendra was alright 🤣🤣🤣. Joking even though she’s with my bae she was cool and I love her.

This story was so good, I was there and enjoyed seeing everything. All the characters was so real, five stars!!!

Renée’s Review

Oh, my! I have to give it to Aubreé because I cannot stand dudes like DeAndre. Somehow, she done made me fall him lol. Dre was arrogant as they come but he knew what he wanted and made no excuse about going after it. Or should I say, her.

Kendra did everything right, but even the strongest woman wouldn’t succumb to all that Dre threw her way.

I loved this story so much because of the surety of DeAndre. He was intentional in ways that were bold. However, he did what he had to do get his treasure. Kendra and Dre were amazing together.

Micah tripped a lot but her heart was in the right place. She wanted the best for best friend and her brother. The family together were so fun to read. Those Yates know how to have a good time. Great story all around.

5 stars!
