Renee’s Review

Where these men at? Now, Malcolm had some a**hole tendencies, but he gets somewhat of a pass due to the circumstances. At least he didn’t remain the a**hole and lose everything in return.

Honesty Price created something unique to me in how she told this story. Coming to the present but going to the past moments when referenced was awesome. It was like building anticipation and then following through. I loved it.

Whitney is my girl! I don’t care what no one says. Yes, she waited too dag on long to come clean, but she stood her ground once she did. I saw a lot of myself in this story.

The love between these Malcolm and Whitney was absolutely beautiful in both the good and ugly parts. They were raw and heartfelt. I saw it all and felt every emotion. The family support was insane. Malcolm’s family kind of sided with Whitney. That meant everything.

The outcome could not have been better. Loved every part!

Telicia’s Review

Whitney and Malcolm “Back to Us” I really enjoyed their story. The last few chapters, I couldn’t stop cheesing. However, Whitney lying and hiding with the help of her husband’s family, from her husband, is a hard pill to swallow. 3 WHOLE YEARS.

I personally couldn’t have gotten over that betrayal, but my boy Malcolm can do anything. I have mixed emotions about Whitney, I’m so happy for her that she finally realized she could do what she loves and still have her marriage. While another part of me hates it took 3 WHOLE YEARS.

4 stars

I enjoyed this story, well, halfway 😬 First, I have to say that Malcolm is the slowest dude on Earth!!!! I didn’t think he was ever gonna come to his senses 😔 But when he did, he Did 🤗 I loved how His family really supported Whitney with her dreams even though they knew their own was far from it. Great read!
