    Telicia’s Year in Review (2022) with SB3TZ

    January 17, 2023 /

Out of the twelve books we read together in 2022, here’s how I saw them. The Sweetest: When the Time is Wright by Renée A. Moses: I could not stop smiling, Tanji & Tavier gave me such a good feeling, my mouth hurt from smiling so much. I love how Tavier played all day but not about Tanji. It was just the sweetest thing The Steamiest: Mister Librarian by B. Love Well, they were really nasty, & I loved it The “now that’s new” (Most Unique): Stay Down by K.C. Mills Wise’s childhood I could relate to. It sucked, but he’s unique because even though he did the typical…

Short Review: Love’s Improbable Possibility by Love Belvin

    May 11, 2020 /

I am in love with Azmir Divine Jacobs 🤤🤤🤤 I could not stop and write reviews, every time one book ended I started the next. In my defense, Ms. Belvin did that on purpose! The first book was on kindle unlimited & she knew no one could stop there, & would purchase the next book & so forth. OMG, that Azmir! I loved every part of him. I just can’t get enough. I love his mom too. Every time she talks “beloved.” Oh, and Ms. Rayna is me! Every time something went wrong she was out!  🏾 I loved something about every character. It felt so real. I wanted…

Review: Shu (Them Boys Book 3) by Alexandria House

    February 7, 2020 /

Telicia’s Review (Short) OMG!!!! Anytime Shu was mentioned in Set & Jah, he was the quiet one that was always working. Getting to know Shu was intense. Denver was made for Shu and I’m happy they have each other! As much as I’m always falling for the guy, Shu is a bit much for me with his big fine self. 😩 Love the series! Get your copy of Shu here https://amzn.to/2UsGm3H

Review: Jah (Them Boys #2) by Alexandria House

    January 20, 2020 /

Telicia’s Review (Short) I feel so bad for Jah 😪 No child should have to go through what he did growing up. I love Tricia for him, she helps my man through it! Even though I would’ve done a better job lol. I love me some Jah 🤤

Review: Set (Them Boys #1) by Alexandria House

    January 20, 2020 /

Telicia’s Review (Short) Kareema’s relationship with her daughter Tori was so relatable because so many moms feel guilty of not choosing the right dad for their child and end up having an entitled spoiled brat trying to overdo things to make up for it. Kareema & Set sex life though, do 40-year-olds really have that much sex? Lol!

    A Glimpse at 2019 with sb3tz

    January 1, 2020 /

We published our very first episode in January 2019. We read some great books and were introduced to amazing authors to now add to our fav list. For a little fun, we came up with some questions to ask ourselves about the books we’ve read in 2019. So, Bridgette, let’s see what you chose for each category. Favorite Overall? “He Who is a Friend” by Love BelvinI loved this series. I have never seen or read about a family like this one. Biggest Shocker?“Baggage Claimed” by Alexandra WarrenHow bout the whole book was a _________!!!! (Not gonna spoil it – go read it!) Most Heartbreaking? “Plus” by Sabrina B. ScalesIt was…

Review: Long Shot by Kennedy Ryan

    October 29, 2019 /

Telicia’s Review (Short) I experienced every emotion. I love August, he’s perfect inside and out. I hate Caleb I wished death on him most of the book. I relate to Lo so much, as much as she loved Iris growing up, she envies her too. Iris & Sarai’s bond/love for each other is beautiful. I cried at some parts, re-read certain parts because it made me so happy.  It’s a must-read!!! 🥰 Check out Long Shot here: https://amzn.to/32UOafH

Review: Block Shot by Kennedy Ryan

    October 29, 2019 /

Telicia’s Review (Short) After meeting August in Long Shot I didn’t think his brother could be any better. I WAS WRONG! Jared. Jared. Jared. That man there. He wasn’t this super good guy that was nice to everyone, he was just nice to her and oh how I wanted to be her the entire book. Granted Banner is this super smart, biggest heart amazing woman that I’m just like, nope I can’t compare. I was legit jealous the entire time 🤣. Opposite attract and I guess they belong together 🤣 A beautiful story. 🥰 To see what Telicia is talking about, check out Block Shot for yourself here: https://amzn.to/2opgW9l

Review: Let Me Free You by Alexandria House

    July 24, 2019 /

Bridgette’s Review (Short) This is book four of the McClain Brothers series. I was so wrong about how I thought this story would go lol. Neil and his significant other seemed to be the right fit for one another. They both were at desperate times in their lives and needed what the other possessed to start their new journey. The McClain family knows how to come together in a crisis! A great end to a Great series! Telicia’s Review Neil McClain had me like “Big South who” I loved all the McClain men after getting to hear their story but nobody topped Big South until Neil. I was intrigued by…

Review: Let Me Show You by Alexandria House

    June 26, 2019 /

Bridgette’s review (short with SPOILERS): Whew! Book three in the McClain Brothers series. It sure didn’t take long for Nolan and Bridgette to get together. Is he trying to keep up with them brothers or what?  Nolan Nolan Nolan is a whole fool 😊😁😂 After the first time him and Bridgette had sex and Nolan called Everett..lol. I could not stop laughing (tweep, tweep)  I was thinking that one of these McClain brothers have to have the short end of the stick 😯 they all seem to be BLESSED honey But I did love how Bridgette was a girl from around the way, so down to earth. Loving my…
